Ereky Co., LTD. (“Ereky”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal data when you visit ereky.com, contact us, or discuss a research, peptide-synthesis, ingredient, licensing, distribution or other business project.

1. Data controller

Ereky Co., LTD. is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Our Bangkok sales office is at 10th Floor, 87 M Thai Tower, All Seasons Place, Witthayu Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through our Privacy Choices & Requests page.

2. Personal data we collect

• Contact and professional data: name, business email, telephone number, organization, role and country.
• Inquiry and project data: project needs, requested services, intended research use, quotation details and communications with Ereky.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, access time, pages visited, security events and cookie preferences.
• Records created during a relationship: quotations, agreements, correspondence and records required for quality, legal or accounting purposes.

Please do not submit patient records, medical information, passwords, confidential formulas, identity documents or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use personal data to respond to inquiries; evaluate and discuss R&D, peptide synthesis, ingredient, licensing and distribution opportunities; prepare quotations; administer business relationships; operate and secure the website; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; and, where permitted, understand aggregate website usage.

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or Ereky’s legitimate interests in operating a secure business website, preventing misuse and responding to genuine inquiries. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The current staging website uses essential technologies for operation, security and remembering privacy choices. Public analytics and behavioural advertising are not currently enabled. If optional technologies are introduced, Ereky will update the Cookie Policy and request consent where required before activating them.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with authorized Ereky personnel and vetted hosting, IT, security, communications, laboratory, technical and professional-service providers where needed for the purposes above. We may disclose data to authorities or other parties where required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or connected with a lawful corporate transaction. Service providers are expected to use data only for authorized purposes and protect it appropriately.

6. International transfers

Ereky is based in Thailand and serves international visitors. Data submitted from the EU, EEA, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction may therefore be transferred to and processed in Thailand or another country where a vetted provider operates. Where applicable, Ereky will use legally required safeguards for international transfers.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and for applicable legal, accounting, quality, security and dispute-resolution requirements. The period depends on the type of inquiry, whether a business relationship follows and mandatory record-keeping duties. Data no longer required will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.

8. Security

Ereky uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of relevant personal data. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand or an applicable EU/EEA supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

EU/EEA visitors

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, this policy is intended to provide the information required about controller identity, purposes, data categories, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention, rights and complaint options. Ereky does not use the website inquiry process for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal data from children through the general inquiry form.

11. External links

The website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy, security and cookie practices are controlled by those third parties, not Ereky.

12. Changes and contact

This staging text is designed for transparency under general EU GDPR and Thailand PDPA principles. Ereky should complete a final legal and technical review of actual vendors, retention schedules and international-transfer arrangements before the production launch.
