Ereky Co., LTD. is the data controller for personal data collected through ereky.com. We collect contact and business-inquiry information, communications and limited technical data to respond to inquiries; assess peptide-synthesis, biotechnology R&D, ingredient, licensing and distribution projects; prepare quotations; administer business relationships; protect the website; and comply with law.

Depending on the context, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or Ereky’s legitimate interests. Data may be shared with vetted hosting, IT, communications and professional-service providers or authorities where legally required. International visitors should understand that data submitted to Ereky may be processed in Thailand.

We retain data only as reasonably necessary for the purpose, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you may have rights to withdraw consent; request access or a copy; request correction, deletion, restriction or portability; object to processing; and complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
